Karan Bhardwaj is the founder member and equity partner in Bhardwaj Law Chambers a budding Litigating Law Firm in Chandigarh. Karan is a lawyer with 12 years of experience in the field of litigation. He is practicing in Punjab and Harayna High Court and frequently appears in Supreme Court of India. His experience lies in Civil matters including land disputes, monetary disputes, arbitration law, compliances, Criminal Law including negotiable instruments cases, narcotics, domestic violence, matrimonial matters, tender maters, service law etc.
Karan has remained on the panel of Official Liquidator attached to Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh and has dealt with company matters including issues like mergers, amalgamation, and acquisitions. He is also on the panel of UNION OF INDIA w.e.f April/2015, and has represented Ministry of Defence, Human Resource etc. Karan is also a trained mediator and is performing as Mediator in Punjab and Haryana High Court Mediation Centre. He remained on the panel of High Court Legal Services Authority which works under the aegis of Legal Services Authorities Act for providing legal help to the vulnerable sections of society and downtrodden people. He has been given an opportunity to work as Amicus Curaie by High Court in cases dealing with custodial deaths and rights of prisoners as well.
